When you connect your Garmin account, Strydio uses the Garmin Connect API to access data you explicitly authorize, which may include:
This data is retrieved directly from Garmin Connect under the authorization you grant. You can revoke this authorization at any time from your Garmin Connect account settings or by contacting us, which stops future data access.
To use Strydio, you create an account with an email address and credentials used to authenticate you. We store this information to operate your account and secure access to your data.

Your data is stored in a secured database operated by or on behalf of Strydio. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls to limit who can access your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account and Garmin-derived data for as long as your account is active, so we can continue to provide coaching based on your training history. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
